As Sous Chef at Ciekocinko Palace, Jan's talent quickly elevated him to head chef, where he showcased his skills at prestigious culinary events. He led the gastronomic department at Aparthotel Lwowska1, orchestrating Poland's first Michelin Guide Gala Dinner. Jan further perfected his culinary prowess at Miodova Restaurant and Aparthotel Termy Uniejów. With Marriott International, Jan excelled as Executive Chef at Sheraton Poznań and now brings his innovative vision as Executive Chef at Hotel W Budapest. His journey is marked by a passion for culinary excellence and a dedication to elevating dining experiences.
